What brand do you use?
We use Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli. Our lash artist and owner, Samantha, is trained in Xtreme Lash and prefers this brand because of the high-quality adhesive that is used for applying extensions. She has been using this brand for 10+ years.
How many lashes do you apply during a full set?
As many as you need to look good. We do not count or limit our lashes when putting them on; we just want our clients to get the look they want and deserve. We value quality above quantity.
Can you remove my lashes from somewhere else?
Absolutely. The process is up to 30 minutes and costs $30. We recommend that you do not have new extensions or a lash lift performed for 40 hours after.
Can I switch to Revive if I already have lash extensions on?
Yes. Often, we can hybridize our brand of lashes into your existing lashes. It may take a few fills for ours to be the only brand remaining on your lashes, and therefore, you may not get your ideal look immediately. In rare cases, we may recommend removing your existing extensions before applying ours.
Can I get whatever style of lashes I want?
Yes and No. We can do classic, hybrid, or volume sets. We want to please our clients and requests, but your eye health is of the utmost importance to us. Putting a lash style that is too heavy for some natural lashes can cause breakage or damage. Please understand that if our lash stylist declines to place a specific style on your lashes, it is in the best interest of your lashes.
What is the maintenance?
We offer 2 weeks ($65) or 3 weeks ($75) fills. We try our best to accommodate clients who want their fills more frequently. Please call us if you would like to discuss options.
What is the aftercare?
The most important rule post-application is to not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours. So shower before you come for your appointment, and also avoid humidity or steam, as it can weaken the glue. Brush and clean your lashes daily. Avoid sleeping on your face, and only use oil-free makeup cleansers and skincare products. If you get facials or other skincare treatments at Revive, please tell your esthetician or lash artist so we can arrange your appointments to maximize your lash wear.
